We are looking for a **Business Central Functional Consultant** with experience in financial and accounting processes to join our consulting team. The selected candidate will participate in Business Central implementation, evolution, and support projects, helping our clients optimize their business processes and maximize the value of the solution. **What will be your mission?** * Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities. * Gather, document, and validate functional requirements with the client. * Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. * Participate in implementation and migration projects from other ERP solutions. * Design functional solutions aligned with business needs. * Perform functional testing and validate developments carried out by the technical team. * Train and support end users. * Provide ongoing functional support and advisory services. * Act as the liaison between the client and technical teams. * Participate in pre-sales sessions, demonstrations, and commercial proposal development. **Essential Requirements:** ️ * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields. * Approximately 3 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant. * Proven experience with Microsoft Business Central, including participation in full implementation projects. * Experience working directly with business clients and end users. * Knowledge of financial accounting: chart of accounts, billing and collections management, procurement and sales management, and financial closing. **Particularly Valued:** * English proficiency at B2 level or higher. * Residence in Barcelona or Madrid. **What do we offer you?** * **Challenging projects in Business Central implementation and evolution** alongside reference clients. * A **close-knit team** that values continuous learning and professional growth. * **Real flexibility**: flexible start time and only **1 day per week on-site** at our Barcelona offices. * **Competitive compensation package**, commensurate with your experience and skills. * **Flexible benefits**: meal vouchers, transportation vouchers, childcare vouchers, and the option to join our private health insurance.
