Our **internship program** aims to offer fresh opportunities to students wishing to experience the labor market firsthand and grow in a real professional environment. **What will your day-to-day look like as a HelpDesk Trainee?** Your primary mission will be to **provide support to the IT department**, and your responsibilities will include: * Providing support to company employees. * Managing material inventory. * Preparing and delivering materials to employees. * Resolving incidents (including incidents involving physical devices). * Knowledge of operating systems: **Windows** (Windows Server\- Servers) * Advanced office software skills. * Knowledge of **Android / iOS** devices. * Being an organized, responsible person with strong time management and prioritization skills. **Requirements – What do we expect from you?** * Proactive individual. * Interest in IT and new procedures. * Eagerness to learn and innovate. * Positive attitude. * Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change. * Possibility of signing an agreement with your school/university. **What do we offer?** * **Full-time schedule**: * Monday to Thursday: 09:00–18:00 * Friday: 09:00–14:30 * July and August: Intensive schedule from 08:00–15:00 * **Salary:** €800 gross/month **We’re waiting for you!** If you believe you are the candidate we’re looking for and wish to take your first steps in the labor market with a sector-leading company, **apply now—we’re excited to meet you!** Salary: €800.00/month Work location: On-site employment
