A 10-person team with a very flat structure: all engineers participate both in office-based design and on-site construction management. Hiring due to sustained business growth and steady workload. Office-based preparation of installation projects: medium- and low-voltage systems, lighting, ventilation, fire protection systems (PCI), electromechanical systems, communications, access control, etc. Construction management and supervision of railway and other installation works. Preparation of technical documentation, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates. Liaison with clients, contractors, and site teams. * Minimum 1 year of experience in installation projects and/or construction management of installation works. * Bachelor's or Engineering degree * Catalan (intermediate spoken, intermediate written) * Spanish (advanced spoken, advanced written) * Competencies / knowledge: We are not seeking a purely field-oriented profile (someone accustomed exclusively to working on-site), but rather an organized and methodical individual comfortable with office-based design and possessing sound technical judgment. * Permanent employment contract * Intensive work schedule * Gross monthly salary ranging from '2500' to '3000' * Additional information of interest: Option to adopt an intensive schedule starting at 7am.
