We are looking for a technical professional to carry out installation, maintenance, and repair tasks for equipment at client facilities in the Barcelona area. Responsibilities include managing and diagnosing technical service incidents, both on-site and remotely. Daily tasks include equipment installation and repair, proactive customer needs handling, technical support to the sales team, and preparation of technical reports and documentation. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining the assigned spare parts inventory and other duties inherent to the position. The contract is full-time, with 40 weekly hours scheduled from Monday to Friday, respecting legally mandated breaks. * Professional experience in customer technical support is desirable, as well as knowledge of software, electronics, and mechanics. * Flexibility in working hours and geographical location within the technical support area. * Commercial orientation and experience working toward objectives. * Methodical, organized, structured, and resilient profile. * Willingness to pursue continuous training following initial onboarding. * Valid driving license class B. * Good spoken and written English is desirable. * Residency near the workplace is desirable. Fluent Catalan (spoken and written). Spanish \- Very High English \- Intermediate * Technical training in Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Mechanics, or related fields.
