In Sabadell, a person is sought to perform maintenance tasks on installations and equipment. Responsibilities include checking system functionality through measurements, adjustments, and routine operations, as well as carrying out preventive maintenance according to established plans. The candidate must also respond to and diagnose malfunctions, performing basic repairs in plumbing, electricity, HVAC, locksmithing, carpentry, painting, and other installations. In addition, supervision of third parties during specialized maintenance activities is required, documentation must be completed, and any incident affecting safety or service must be reported to the responsible person. Maintaining order and cleanliness in technical areas is also required.
