Summary: We are seeking an HR professional with experience in recruitment management, selection, training, and integration and workplace well-being projects within an industrial environment. Support in Equality Plan and workplace climate projects We seek a professional with at least three years of experience in a generalist Human Resources role within an end-client company, preferably in an industrial setting. University degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, or related field. Specific or postgraduate training in HR and/or labor legislation. Proximity of residence (approx. 25 km) to the workplace in La Pobla de Claramunt will be highly valued. End-to-end management of recruitment and selection processes. Coordination with temporary work agencies (ETTs). HCM (Bizneo) system management. Onboarding and integration support for new hires. Creation and maintenance of job descriptions and internal protocols. Development and management of the annual Training Plan: supplier research; FUNDAE subsidy management. Support in Equality Plan projects, psychosocial risk assessments, and workplace climate surveys. Design and management of competency dictionaries and performance evaluations. Organization of internal corporate events aimed at employee engagement. Direct support to Management in People-area initiatives. * 3 years of experience. Experience in HR management using HCM systems (Bizneo, Factorial, Sésame, etc.). * Degree title \- Psychology * Labor Relations * Catalan (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * Spanish (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Specific or postgraduate training in HR and/or labor legislation.
