




Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Receptionist for customer service tasks, \ Key Highlights: 1. Dynamic and commercial role with customer and telephone service. 2. Bilingual in Spanish and Catalan. Temporary contract of minimum 3 months is offered. Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 10\-14h and 16\-20h; Friday: 10\-14h. Gross salary: €1600. Reception and "Call center" work. Appointment management. Patient coordination. * Minimum 1 month of experience. Experience in customer service and telephone support is desirable. * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Basic administrative knowledge.
