At LCI Barcelona, reporting to the Academic Director, the candidate will be responsible for providing care, support, and guidance to students experiencing various types of difficulties that hinder their ability to progress normally in their studies at LCI Barcelona. You will be a key member of the Academic Department team. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide individualized support to students with emotional disorders, learning difficulties, or challenges adapting to school life, tailoring sessions to each student’s specific needs. * Manage and collaborate on projects and initiatives of the Academic Department, supporting teaching staff on matters related to student mental health and developing group activities and dynamics according to students’ needs. * Coordinate with other center services and teams, referring severe cases to external institutions when necessary, maintaining close contact with those institutions and with families to ensure optimal student follow-up. * Prepare student progress reports to document development and guarantee appropriate attention to their needs throughout the academic year. * Communicate and uphold the school’s values, addressing every academic situation or incident with a service-oriented attitude, ensuring empathetic and dynamic communication. * Address inquiries and listen attentively through all channels (phone, email, and in person) to provide comprehensive support. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Psychopedagogy. * Experience managing learning difficulties. * Native or bilingual proficiency in Catalan, Spanish, and English. * Competencies: Organizational skills, strong oral and written communication abilities, client orientation, problem-solving in any situation, teamwork capability, and capacity for continuous learning. **BENEFITS:** * International organization established for over 60 years. * Permanent full-time contract. * Meal voucher after 6 months. * Continuous professional development program. * Discount program for internal training courses, available to employees and their family members. * Company location in Barcelona’s modern @22 design district, in a new campus ideally situated for public transportation.
