




We are an established auxiliary staffing company dedicated to setting up events of all kinds, cultural (such as music festivals and concerts) and corporate (trade fairs and conventions). We are located in the Poblenou area of Barcelona and have over 30 years of experience in the industry. We are seeking an HR Technician for a permanent position, accustomed to direct interaction with workers and teamwork. Reporting to the department manager, your main responsibilities will include: preparation, control and management of payrolls, settlements and tax forms, company certificates, employment contracts, wage garnishments, medical leaves, processing of work-related accidents, and documentation control. Labor management under the General Scheme and Artists' Scheme. Knowledge of Sistema RED, SILTRA, CASIA, Contrat@, Certific@, CONTA and A3Nom is required, or prior experience using any payroll software. * Minimum 1 year of experience. • Education: Degree in Labor Relations or Higher Vocational Training. • Required knowledge: Sistema RED, SILTRA, CASIA, TGSS electronic office, Cont@, Contrat@ and Certific@, Excel; knowledge of A3Nom is desirable. * Catalan (spoken K, written K) * Permanent employment contract * Full-time * Additional relevant information: Gross annual salary of 24,000 euros. Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:30\-14 and 15\-18h (37.5 hours per week). Due to the nature of the business, throughout the year, occasional Saturdays or Sundays (1 or 2 days per month) will require on-call duties, consisting of short remote connections (not occupying the full working day), which will be compensated with additional pay and rest days.
