We are SAGARDI Group, leaders in the hospitality sector with a benchmark international project, initially specialized in Basque cuisine and now diversified into other gastronomic concepts. Keep reading! **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** As a Junior Labor Technician in the Labor Management team, you will be responsible for: * Managing employee onboarding/offboarding. * Social security registration, sick leave/work injury management, and Delt@. * Drafting employment contracts and contractual amendments using SAGE 200\. * Managing Certific@. * Reviewing and monitoring vacation schedules. * Reviewing payroll-related incidents. * Tracking performance evaluations and probationary periods. * Processing and responding to wage garnishments. * Preparing Excel spreadsheets. * Performing administrative tasks inherent to the department. * Providing employee support via telephone and email. **What benefits do we offer?** * Stable position with an indefinite contract and opportunity for internal advancement. * Membership in an international company. * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * Reduced-cost private health insurance. * Specialized training. * 20% discount at our restaurants. * Daily meals and breakfasts included. **Requirements:** --------------- It is essential that * You enjoy working with people. * You are proficient in digital tools (Office, Google, calendars). * You are available to work full-time. * You speak English, Catalan, and Spanish.
