Job Summary: We are seeking a Software Packager and Consultant to manage the full application packaging and distribution lifecycle in corporate environments, applying Agile and ITIL methodologies. Our core values guiding us toward excellence are collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust. **What do we value?** Experience as a **Software Packager and Consultant** in corporate environments, managing end-to-end application packaging services: * In-depth knowledge of **scripting** (PowerShell, Ansible, and PSADT – PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit). * Experience using **software packaging tools**, especially **Flexera AdminStudio**. * Experience in **software distribution and deployment** via **Microsoft SCCM and Microsoft Intune**. * Experience in **creating and maintaining complex packages** (MSI, MSIX, Intunewin, among others). * Experience in **integrating packaging processes** into corporate workflows and service management tools. * Knowledge of **networks, databases** (SQL, MongoDB, etc.) and **API development and management**. * Solid experience working under **Agile, ITIL, or similar methodologies**. * Ability to manage multiple packaging requests simultaneously while ensuring quality, traceability, and SLA compliance. * Teamwork capability and effective communication with technical and business teams, with clear internal customer orientation. **What would your responsibilities be?** * **End-to-end packaging management:** Receiving, analyzing, and executing software packaging requests—including logging, creation, testing, delivery, deployment, and post-deployment support. * **Package creation and maintenance:** Developing and customizing complex packages (MSI, MSIX, Intunewin), ensuring compliance with corporate standards. * **Automation:** Implementing automation in packaging and deployment processes using **PowerShell, Ansible, and PSADT**. * **Software distribution:** Managing deployment across corporate devices using **MS SCCM** and **Intune**. * **Coordination with technical and business teams:** Continuous communication to analyze requirements, define solutions, and prioritize tasks. * **Tier-3 support:** Resolving incidents, documenting procedures, and contributing to continuous service improvement. * **Tracking and reporting:** Monitoring SLAs and generating reports on request and incident status. * **Participation in cross-functional projects:** Collaborating on multifunctional initiatives and ad-hoc tasks related to Application Delivery. We’d love it if you’re also comfortable with **English**. **Additionally, we highly value experience and/or knowledge in:** * Advanced experience in **application packaging within complex enterprise environments**. * Experience in **end-to-end management of packaging requests**, including simultaneous coordination of multiple demands. * Advanced knowledge of **IT process automation** focused on workplace environments. * Prior experience integrating packaging processes with service management tools and corporate workflows. * Additional knowledge of **infrastructure, networks, and systems** in corporate environments. * Experience in international settings and collaborative work across multiple teams.
