Continuous Improvement Manager

**We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead the Lean transformation of our plant in Castellar del Vallès.** If you are motivated to work closely with operations, analyze processes with a data-driven mindset, and turn problems into sustainable improvements, this position is for you. You will play a key role in implementing Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), standardization, and cost reduction projects, collaborating closely with Production, Quality, and Occupational Health and Safety (PRL). #### **What will your responsibilities be?** * Design and implement the continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing strategy at the plant. * Analyze production processes and flows to identify bottlenecks, waste, and optimization opportunities. * Lead Kaizen, 5S, VSM, and process standardization projects on-site. * Monitor production KPIs such as OEE, scrap rate, cycle times, and efficiency. * Resolve operational incidents and issues directly on the shop floor, together with Production. * Train and support staff in continuous improvement methodologies, collaborating with Quality and PRL. #### **What are we looking for?** * **Academic background:** University degree, preferably in Engineering. * **Additional training:** Specific training or certification in Lean Manufacturing. * **Languages:** Advanced English, both spoken and written. * **Experience:** 3–5 years in a similar role. #### **What do we offer?** * Join a major company experiencing continuous growth. * Flexible working hours. * Ongoing training. * Work with multidisciplinary teams.
