Job Summary: Ensure maintenance of the property, facilities, and amenities, following a plan to minimize breakdowns and deliver the highest service standard. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance 2. Ensure safe and efficient operation of facilities and buildings 3. Experience in maintenance of buildings and public spaces Mission Ensure maintenance of the property, facilities, and amenities. Follow a preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plan to minimize breakdowns, failures, etc. Responsibilities and Tasks DELIVER THE HIGHEST SERVICE STANDARD TO GUESTS * Carry out specific preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks according to the maintenance plan. * Adaptations and modifications related to facilities. * Proposals for continuous improvement. Facilities and Buildings: * Perform repair and maintenance tasks for facilities and buildings. * Conduct necessary tests to ensure safe and efficient operation of facilities and buildings. * Install and maintain specific devices for protection of people and property. * Maintain and care for facilities and machinery. * Record data regarding work progress and results. ### **Requirements** **Minimum Qualification:** Higher or Intermediate Vocational Training **Experience:** 2–3 years **Professional Category:** Employee **Residence:** Spain Knowledge and Experience * Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in maintenance of buildings and public spaces. * Experience in hotels or hospitals. * Knowledge of plumbing, electricity, HVAC, painting, and carpentry. * Basic English.
