Join our team as a **Shift Technical Operator** ESP\-Montornés del Vallés Seize the new opportunity offered by HARTMANN in **Operations / Production**. **Responsibilities** You will work as a Technical Operator on a production line for adult incontinence products, in accordance with defined specifications and standard operating procedures. As a member of the shift team, the Technical Operator is responsible for the operation of the production line. * + You must comply with HARTMANN’s safety and quality standards. + You must ensure product quality meets specifications by performing periodic inspections (IPC). + You will resolve issues in your work area using RDI (Root Cause Analysis & Intervention). + You will execute the shift action plan (focus areas, performance systems, Pit\-Stop plan). + You will implement various standards established within the unit via DDS: SOPs, CILs, Center Lining, specifications, execution of preventive maintenance orders (SAP), etc. + You will detect and resolve anomalies during shifts. + You will actively participate in corrective maintenance activities. + You will prepare raw materials and load them into the machine according to established standards. + You will drive continuous improvement to eliminate losses in your area using LEAN tools.
