Employment Information Job ID ZR\_296\_JOB Opening Date 14/01/2025 Sector Construction Employment Type Full-time Work Experience \+5 years City Barcelona State/Province Barcelona (Barcelona) Country Spain Postal Code 08001 Job Description Through Ilerwork, we are looking for an **Installation Site Manager in Barcelona** with solid experience to join a major multinational company in the installation sector, specializing in building, industrial, and energy projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage electromechanical installation projects, following directives from the Production Manager and Technical Management. * Control the technical and economic aspects of projects, optimizing costs and managing deviations. * Conduct site visits and continuous monitoring to ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and regulations. * Prepare necessary technical documentation, including "as-built" drawings, electrical schematics, and documentation required for installation legalization. * Manage project extensions and modifications to the original scope, as well as billing and project certifications. * Supervise subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations. * Coordinate project handover, perform commissioning tests, and conduct periodic reviews. Requirements * Technical or Higher Engineering degree, or Higher Vocational Training qualification in construction-related fields. * Experience: 15 years in the installation sector, with knowledge of electrical installations, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems. * Proficiency in standard computer applications. * A proactive, customer-oriented individual capable of working under pressure. * Knowledge of quality, safety, environmental, and energy management systems. * Leadership, planning, organization, communication, and team management competencies.
