We are currently seeking to hire a **Junior AI \& Engineering Automation Specialist** to support our engineering teams in adopting tools for **Artificial Intelligence, process automation, and digitalization**. We are looking for a technically skilled, curious, and proactive individual interested in exploring how technologies such as **Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, VIKTOR.AI, Python, and Dynamo** can improve how our engineers design, calculate, document, and manage their projects. The role will be highly practical: identifying repetitive tasks or processes amenable to improvement, proposing solutions, developing small prototypes and automations, and assisting in their implementation and standardization across teams. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support engineering teams in identifying opportunities for **automation, digitalization, and Artificial Intelligence application** * Explore and develop use cases using AI tools such as **Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and other generative AI platforms** * Support integration of AI solutions into the **Microsoft 365** environment, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and other commonly used workplace tools * Develop small scripts, tools, and automations using **Python** * Create and maintain **Dynamo** routines—including Python usage when necessary—to automate engineering workflow-related processes * Explore and develop applications and automations using platforms such as **VIKTOR.AI** and similar tools * Analyze existing processes together with technical teams to identify repetitive tasks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities * Build prototypes and proof-of-concept implementations to rapidly validate new solutions prior to deployment * Support integration among different tools, applications, and data sources used by engineering teams * Collaborate on the **standardization of formats, templates, documentation, processes, and workflows** * Document developed solutions to facilitate maintenance, reuse, and scalability * Prepare guides, examples, and training sessions to support adoption of new tools by teams * Provide user support and collect feedback to progressively improve deployed solutions * Stay up-to-date on new AI and automation tools and applications relevant to the engineering sector **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in **Engineering, Architecture, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science**, or related technical disciplines * Prior experience of **0–3 years**, including relevant internships or academic projects * Knowledge of **Python**, with ability to develop scripts and small automations * Demonstrated familiarity with or interest in **generative Artificial Intelligence tools**, such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Claude * Interest in process automation and practical application of new technologies in engineering environments * Strong proficiency in the **Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365** suite, especially Excel * Analytical, curious, proactive, and problem-solving oriented profile * Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams * Advanced level of English, both written and spoken **WE OFFER** * A positive work environment, an ethical and transparent company focused on people * A stable full-time position * Competitive salary based on experience and expertise * Profit sharing * Flexible compensation plan * Flexible working hours and remote work options (hybrid model) * Opportunity to join an innovative multinational firm, with experts collaborating worldwide * Chance to directly contribute to **digital transformation and applied Artificial Intelligence adoption in engineering** * Early involvement in real-world use cases, with direct impact on projects and technical teams * An environment offering learning and development opportunities in **AI, automation, programming, and engineering process digitalization**
