El Nacional is the gastronomic experience of Barcelona. A multi-space venue featuring 4 restaurants and 4 bars under a single modernist roof located on Paseo de Gracia. We are looking for a **KITCHEN ASSISTANT** with training in tourism/hospitality. Reporting directly to the Head Chef and other team members, you will participate in a multidisciplinary kitchen project and provide support to the restaurant. **Responsibilities** * Perform cleaning tasks in various kitchen areas (countertops, stoves, ovens, machinery, appliances...). * Clean kitchen utensils and equipment. * Wash, cut, and peel raw fruits, vegetables, and produce.
