




We are looking for a Kitchen Manager to open a new restaurant in Barcelona. We are seeking a person with leadership, organizational skills, and results orientation, capable of comprehensively managing the kitchen area. Main responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the kitchen team, ensuring quality and efficiency in service. Plan production and work shifts. Control inventories and place orders with suppliers. Meet established product cost targets (CMV). Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards (HACCP). Collaborate with management on continuous improvement of processes and profitability. Essential requirements: Proven experience as head chef or kitchen manager (minimum 3 years). Solid knowledge in inventory management, recipe costing, and cost control.
