The candidate will be responsible for defining and updating wind turbine installation processes and specifications. Our client is a major multinational company in the wind energy sector. Advanced English proficiency is mandatory (minimum C1 level equivalent). Possibility of up to 100% remote work. Occasional travel availability will be viewed favorably. What will your responsibilities be? * Define and update installation processes and specifications, aligned with project manager requirements and wind turbine designer specifications. * Gather engineering, project manager, QHSE, and procurement requirements to validate our client’s turbine installation tools. * Translate lessons learned from the project manager into requirements for the engineering department to improve wind turbine design. * Participate in product development teams. Review designs and propose improvements and corrections from the perspective of installation and the center of excellence. * Resolve incidents and improvement actions raised by the project management and installation quality departments related to installation documents/processes.
