We are currently recruiting an Operations Analyst Intern for the Barcelona office starting in Summer 2026\. The Analyst will be working closely with the Operations team assisting in the fund’s daily operations, reporting to our LP investors and making sure everything runs smoothly. It is a fundamentally important part of the team and an amazing insight into the workings of a VC firm. **Role Overview:** * Reporting to our Limited Partners (LPs) * Execution of financing rounds in early\-stage technology companies across Europe * Execution of M\&A deals from our portfolio * Assisting fundraising and regulatory compliance * Supporting the structuring of a new fund * Performing fund and portfolio valuations / analysis * Ensuring Nauta follows data protection and AML best practices * Dealing with corporate and tax general matters * Development of ESG policies and monitoring of Diversity KPI’s **Ideal Candidate:** * Fluent both in English and Spanish * Currently studying Law, Business (or both, even better!) or Engineering \- although other degrees will also be considered * Passionate about finance, law and/or operations at startups and the VC industry **Finer Details:** * Full\-time position * Based in Barcelona * Application deadline 26th May 2026 * We require an internship agreement with a university or proof that you have finished your university degree in the last three years.
