You will work on: * **AI Solution Development** * Design and development of tools leveraging generative AI, NLP, computer vision, or predictive models. * Rapid prototyping (PoC), industrialization, and deployment. * **Building AI Products for Our Clients** * Participation in defining AI use cases aligned with business domains (Finance, Supply Chain, IT, etc.). * Building packaged or custom-built solutions (assistants, automation, domain-specific copilots). * **Monitoring & Innovation** * Ongoing exploration of AI technologies (LLMs, agents, frameworks, MLOps, RAG tools, etc.). * Proposing new use cases and contributing to AI roadmaps. * **Internal Contribution** * Participating in structuring the AI Unit. * Developing internal tools to automate, enrich, or optimize our consulting offerings. ### **Our ideal candidate** * Engineering degree or Master’s degree in **AI** / **Data Science** / **Machine Learning**. * Minimum 2 years of experience on AI or Data projects. * Strong proficiency in **Python** and **ML/AI libraries** (PyTorch / TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, etc.). * Experience with at least one **generative AI technology** (OpenAI, Llama, RAG, LangChain, etc.). * Knowledge of **LLM architectures, fine-tuning, embeddings**. * Proficiency in **MLOps best practices** or **AI deployment** (Docker, APIs, CI/CD). * Solid understanding of data concepts: pipelines, ingestion, feature engineering. * Ability to simplify complex topics, understand **business needs**, and build simple yet effective solutions. * You hold European nationality. * You speak fluent **English**.
