We are looking for a talented and driven Structural Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis, contributing to cutting\-edge vehicle development programmes. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, analysis and optimisation of vehicle structures, working on projects spanning the Automotive, Motorsport and Aerospace sectors. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team developing lightweight, high\-performance structures from concept through to production. This role offers long\-term career growth and the opportunity to shape the structural integrity and safety of innovative vehicle platforms. All applicants must be eligible to work in Spain. **Responsibilities / What you will do** * Design and develop structural solutions for body\-in\-white, chassis, suspension systems, and safety\-critical components. * Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to assess and optimise stiffness, strength, durability and crash performance. * Support material selection and structural layout decisions to meet lightweighting and manufacturing goals. * Interface with design, dynamics, testing, and manufacturing teams to deliver robust and efficient structural solutions. * Contribute to prototype builds, support failure investigations and recommend design improvements. * Ensure structural systems comply with regulatory and customer requirements (FIA, EASA, OEM specs). * Produce detailed technical documentation and present findings to project stakeholders. **Experience / Who you are** * 1st Class Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Structural or Automotive Engineering. * Proven experience in structural analysis and design within the Automotive, Motorsport or Aerospace sectors. * Skilled in FEA tools (e.g. ANSYS, Abaqus, OptiStruct, LS\-DYNA) and CAD platforms (e.g. CATIA, Siemens NX, SolidWorks). * Deep understanding of structural mechanics, materials (metals and composites), fatigue and crash behaviour. * Experience with lightweighting and topology optimisation techniques. * Strong problem\-solving skills, attention to detail and a proactive mindset. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast\-paced technical environment. **What we offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package based on experience. * Long\-term role with opportunities for technical and professional development. * Involvement in exciting, high\-performance programmes across multiple industries. * Access to state\-of\-the\-art tools and engineering facilities. * Supportive and dynamic team culture, with strong emphasis on innovation and continuous improvement. * Access to a range of benefits that support your well\-being, including private medical insurance.
