Attention to detail and analytical ability for technical advancement In Les Franqueses del Vallès, we are looking for a person to take charge of developing and executing experimental processes within the R&D area. The contract is full-time. The role involves managing the operational aspects of chemical and physical tests to validate new product formulations, ensuring data accuracy. Daily responsibilities include operating laboratory equipment and observing material behavior under various conditions. In addition to conducting tests, it is necessary to document each step in detail within clear reports. Work is carried out following strict quality protocols, preparing samples and maintaining an organized workspace. This is a hands-on position focused on improving industrial solutions, where attention to detail and analytical capability are key to technical advancement. Academic background in Chemistry (CFGS or Bachelor's degree). Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in research, development, or laboratory tasks. Intermediate\-advanced level of English for managing technical documentation and communication. Ability to organize, plan, and execute tests rigorously and autonomously.
