Support maintenance and cleaning **Description:** ---------------- **Concierge Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with building regulations (e.g., no-smoking policy, prevention of disturbances to public order, etc.). * Report any anomalies or malfunctions in building services (e.g., elevators, etc.) to the property owner or management. * Clean assigned communal areas. * Perform other duties as directed by the property owner or management (e.g., supporting maintenance, replacing light bulbs, etc.). **Requirements:** --------------- **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position. * Completion of primary education. * Proficiency in Spanish (spoken and written). * Knowledge of Catalan (spoken and written). * Intermediate level of English (spoken and written).
