We are seeking to hire a nurse for our El Pinar team. The ideal candidate will possess solid nursing education, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional care to our elderly residents. In addition, the candidate must be able to work collaboratively, with empathy and respect toward residents and their families. Responsibilities: Provide medical care and personalized assistance to residents in accordance with established protocols and standards. Conduct periodic health assessments and maintain accurate records of residents' conditions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and per internal policies. Collaborate closely with other staff members to ensure a comprehensive, supportive care environment. Provide emotional support and counseling to residents and their families during difficult times. Actively participate in team meetings and care planning to optimize residents' quality of life. Requirements: Nursing degree and valid license to practice in the country. Prior experience in geriatric care or in residential facilities for older adults. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Basic computer literacy and ability to operate electronic health record systems.
