The Social Educator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing individual and group activities designed to promote residents' well-being, autonomy, participation, and quality of life. They will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team, encourage family involvement, and tailor interventions to each resident's specific needs. Competencies / Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in Social Education. Ability to work effectively in a team, initiative, and sensitivity toward elderly people. * Permanent employment contract * Part-time position (10 hours \- weekly schedule) * Additional relevant information: Part-time position.
