Position Summary: We are seeking a text manager for our Translation team, focused on creating, monitoring, and reviewing German-language content for interfaces and applications. Key Responsibilities: 1. Creation and management of German-language texts for interfaces. 2. Monitoring and reviewing updates to technical content. 3. Resolving linguistic and terminological queries. With approximately 80 employees, our main offices are located in Martorell and Barcelona, and we have a second location in Mutilva, Navarra. **Our Translation team is looking to grow by adding a text management professional.** In this project, your **responsibilities** would include: * German text creation: Drafting interface texts in German based on screen functionality documentation, ensuring terminological precision and consistency. * Update tracking: Conducting weekly version comparisons to identify and document new texts requiring drafting. * Instruction preparation: Preparing detailed instructions for each translation assignment to facilitate the translators’ work (without performing direct translation). * Import management: Importing translations into the system, ensuring content integrity and up-to-date status. * Prototype review: Verifying in prototypes that translated texts and content display correctly in the user interface, without truncation. * Query resolution: Addressing and resolving linguistic or terminological queries raised by translators during the process. **Minimum Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Translation. * Minimum one year of experience in translating applications/websites and technical content. * German language — Advanced (C2 or higher). * English language — Advanced. * Residence in the province of Barcelona or willingness to relocate there (if currently residing outside the province). Attendance in person at the company’s office in Martorell is mandatory for the two onsite days. **We Offer** * Hybrid work model: 3 days remote \+ 2 days in the office. * International project. Employment type: Full-time, permanent contract. Salary: €24,000.00–€27,000.00 per year.
