




Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Change and Problem Manager to manage the major change queue end-to-end, lead CABs, and improve processes through analysis and coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage major end-to-end changes in Jira/Remedy. 2. Lead and prepare CABs and eCABs, proposing process improvements. 3. Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure safe executions. Technical Change Manager A Technical Change and Problem Manager who will perform the following tasks: * Manage the major change queue end-to-end in Jira/Remedy, prioritizing actions according to established procedures and criteria. * Update the change management tool with all actions performed and ensure full traceability for each change. * Master key departmental tools for efficient management. * Monitor assigned changes and respond via email, assuming responsibility for major and cross-functional changes. * Prepare and lead CABs and eCABs, convening required stakeholders and reviewing critical points in advance. * Execute actions derived from CABs on time and as scheduled, ensuring compliance with the approved plan. * Participate in other decision-making committees and propose process improvements based on experience and lessons learned. * Ensure proper documentation of changes. * Report to the Change and Problem Manager to ensure operational consistency and alignment. * Analyze and communicate best practices and lessons learned to enhance the quality of the change management process. \- Serve as a subject-matter expert in specific service areas. * Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to anticipate risks and ensure safe executions, with in-depth knowledge of services and their associated alerts. **MUST-HAVE:** High level of Catalan proficiency **On-call/Availability and Details:** **Availability: Yes, every 5 weeks, under the following schedule:** Mon-Fri 18:00 \- 08:00 (next day), Sat, Sun and holidays 00:00 \- 23:59\- Must be reachable and able to remotely connect to the client's systems.
