You will also manage external maintenance contractors and the hotel’s internal maintenance department. You will oversee and coordinate the maintenance team, ensuring effective and collaborative teamwork. ¿ ### **Requirements** Coordinate departmental goals and activities with other department heads, exchanging knowledge and information across functional areas. What are we looking for? At least 3\-4 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel/service sector of similar size and complexity. Vocational training (electricity and electronics, HVAC, industrial maintenance, and related fields). Local language proficiency is essential; English proficiency is highly desirable. Knowledge of HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), electrical and electronic systems. Practical knowledge of various computer programs (Microsoft Office). SAP, GMAO/CMMS (computerized maintenance management system), BMS (building management system), etc. Results-oriented and detail-focused. Ability to identify and resolve problems effectively. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ¿ ### **What We Offer** Start date in June¿What will you do? Coordinate and supervise preventive maintenance of hotel equipment and facilities, in line with company responsibilities. Organize routine maintenance in guest rooms, lobbies, and other hotel facilities, ensuring proper implementation of safety management to reduce risks of accidents or incidents. Conduct regular hotel inspections to ensure infrastructure and premises meet expected standards. Manage contracts with external maintenance providers and monitor service quality. Establish and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders, such as fire prevention offices and suppliers. Develop project plans and proposals, evaluating budget, schedule, resources, information, and regulations. Monitor and track energy consumption and maintenance costs (e.g., water and electricity). Explore and implement methods to reduce hotel operating costs and conserve energy. Ensure timely and appropriate resolution of guest incidents and issues. Why choose us?
