At 011h, we are looking for a BIM Coordinator to join our team: **What We’re Looking For** * Drafting project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ensuring their proper implementation. * Participating in the creation of internal BIM standards. * Contributing to the drafting of internal documentation and guidelines. * Conducting audits of Parametric Information Models according to 011h standards. * Geometric coordination of BIM models across Architecture, Structural Engineering, and MEP disciplines. * Managing the Common Data Environment (CDE) \- Autodesk Forma (formerly ACC). * Leading BIM Information and Coordination meetings. * Collaborating with stakeholders involved in project delivery (Project Manager and Design teams). * Regularly reporting project status to the BIM Manager. **Requirements** * 3 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator on projects. * 5 years of experience as a Revit Modeler. * Proficiency with Clash Detection software (Navisworks, Solibri). * Experience working with CDE (Common Data Environment \- ACC). * Knowledge of BIM standards and requirements documentation and regulations (ISO19650, AIR, EIR, BEP). * Familiarity with the Open BIM standard and IFC. * Experience in residential construction in Spain (including specific regulatory knowledge). * Proficiency in Dynamo for Revit. **Bonus** * Knowledge of VPO, BTS, and BTR. * Experience in sustainable construction (passive design, energy efficiency, health, etc.). * Experience in industrialized timber construction. * Programming language skills (Python, JavaScript, etc.). * Experience with Power BI and digital transformation. **Benefits** * **Real impact**: Join a company transforming construction into a sustainable and planet-positive model. * **Professional growth**: Individual development plan with learning opportunities and continuous training. * **Positive atmosphere and collaboration**: A multidisciplinary, diverse team with a supportive and close-knit culture. * **Well-being and work-life balance**: We value the balance between personal and professional life—so we offer two remote workdays per week. * **Sustainable offices**: Pleasant spaces designed for collaboration and environmental respect. * ️ **30 working days of vacation per year**, so you can fully enjoy your personal time. *At 011h, we foster diversity and inclusion.
