DESCRIPTION We are seeking a **Warehouse and Raw Material Reception Manager** to join an established industrial company, where you will play a key role in warehouse management, material reception, and production supply. If you have experience in industrial warehousing and wish to become part of a stable team, this could be your opportunity. **What will your responsibilities be?** -------------------------------- * Receive raw materials and supplies from suppliers or customers. * Verify purchase orders, delivery notes, certificates, and associated documentation. * Supervise material unloading, ensuring compliance with safety and quality procedures. * Accurately identify, locate, and store raw materials, guaranteeing full traceability. * Supply materials to production according to manufacturing requirements. * Record all incoming and outgoing stock movements to maintain up-to-date inventory levels in the management system. * Report incidents or potential non-conformities to the Quality and Procurement departments. * Maintain a clean, orderly, and clearly labeled warehouse. * Occasionally assist in material cutting operations using a saw and perform basic quality checks, after receiving appropriate training. * Restock consumables as needed to ensure smooth production operations. **What are we looking for?** ------------------ * Medium or Higher Vocational Training qualification in Logistics, Mechanical Manufacturing, or related fields. * Prior experience in industrial warehousing, internal logistics, or material reception. * Valid forklift operator license (minimum frontal forklift). * Experience operating forklifts and pallet trucks. * Basic knowledge of document management (purchase orders, delivery notes, certificates, and traceability). * Proficiency with ERP systems or warehouse management software. * Organized, responsible, autonomous, and detail-oriented individual. * Ability to collaborate effectively with Production, Procurement, and Quality departments. **Prior experience in material cutting using a saw or in basic quality controls is not required**, as the company will provide all necessary training to safely carry out these tasks. **What do we offer?** ------------------- * Stable employment with a leading company in the industrial sector. * Full-time schedule Monday to Friday, **08:00–17:00**. * Annual gross salary of approximately **28\.000 €**. * Specific training for material cutting tasks and basic quality controls. * A positive work environment and opportunities for professional development within a growing company. * Location: Sant Cugat del Vallès If you have industrial warehouse experience and wish to take on a responsible role within a technical and well-organized environment, we want to meet you!
