Rapid upskilling in SaaS sales Description: You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, with a balanced focus: * 50% prospecting \& qualification * 50% demonstrations, negotiation \& closing You will collaborate closely with 1 SDR whose mission is to fill your pipeline with qualified meetings. You will primarily address SMEs, mid-market companies, and public institutions. **Your responsibilities:** **Prospecting \& opportunity generation (50%)** * Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts * Collaborate closely with SDRs to grow your pipeline * Contact decision-makers via email, phone, and LinkedIn * Contribute to improving outreach sequences and commercial messages **Demonstrations \& closing (50%)** * Conduct structured discovery calls * Deliver customized demonstrations of the Wink software * Identify needs, address objections, advise * Build proposals, negotiate, and close deals * Manage the end-to-end sales cycle efficiently and methodically **Onboarding \& internal collaboration** * Ensure a smooth transition with Customer Success teams * Monitor initial usage to guarantee optimal activation **Performance \& continuous improvement** * Track your KPIs: conversion rate, sales cycle length, revenue generated * Continuously optimize scripts, approaches, and processes * Participate in internal sessions: training, role plays, best practice sharing Profile sought: You are a natural hunter, results-oriented, but also a closer capable of managing consultative sales cycles. * You have at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, prospecting, or commercial roles (SDR, BDR, junior AE, recruitment consultant, etc.) * You are comfortable on the phone, persuasive, structured, and customer-focused * You understand the business challenges of SaaS or tech environments * You are comfortable delivering product demonstrations * You master French perfectly (spoken \& written).
