Currently, we are seeking an **Incident Filtering Technician** for one of our clients in Barcelona. **What are we looking for in you?** Education: Intermediate Vocational Training (FP) in Administration / IT Experience: * No prior experience required (though customer service experience—especially telephone support—is valued) * Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite is required.
