




Job Summary: We are seeking an Office & Facilities Coordinator to support daily operations, supplier management, and the corporate fleet in Iberia. Key Highlights: 1. An environment that values diversity and innovation We are looking for a person to support the coordination of offices and **general services** across our Iberian locations: Madrid, Barcelona, Sintra, and Porto. The role will support the daily office operations, supplier monitoring, and administrative coordination of specific services, including the **corporate fleet** and fuel suppliers. **What You’ll Do** Coordinate day-to-day office activities and monitor incidents and general services. Coordinate external suppliers and support contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and budgets within the area. Manage office supplies, consumables, and logistical needs. Support employees and management on practical office-related matters. Collaborate on onboarding and offboarding processes from a logistical perspective. Maintain up-to-date inventory of basic office resources. Perform administrative and operational tracking of the corporate fleet. Coordinate operational aspects with leasing, maintenance, and fuel suppliers. Coordinate with Finance, HR, IT, and Occupational Health & Safety (PRL) to ensure smooth operations. **What We’re Looking For** Experience in **office management**, general services, administration, or operational coordination. An organized, solution-oriented profile with strong service orientation. Experience in **supplier coordination** and administrative follow-up. Proficiency in office software, especially Excel. **Operational-level Portuguese** to manage day-to-day interactions with our Portugal locations. Functional-level **English** for routine job-related interactions; full professional fluency is not required. Experience in multi-location or international environments is desirable.
