We are looking for a **Fleet Manager** for the **Fleet and Maintenance Department**, to join our team in Abrera (Barcelona), working on-site in a dynamic, young, and collaborative environment. If you have prior experience in the transport industry and are seeking a new opportunity, we look forward to hearing from you! ### **What We Are Looking For:** * Prior experience in the transport industry managing truck and fleet maintenance. * Organizational skills, patience, and the ability to handle pressure situations. * Teamwork orientation and a collaborative attitude. * Basic/intermediate proficiency with digital tools (Office suite, chat platforms, CRM). * Education: Completed secondary education; Vocational Training in Transport and Logistics (desirable). ### **Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:** * Planning and managing preventive and corrective fleet maintenance. * Coordinating internal workshops and vehicle washing facilities. * Monitoring fleet status to optimize service levels. * Managing expiry dates and mandatory documentation (MOT, tachograph, thermograph, ATP). * Coordinating driver performance tests and initial training. * Administrative fleet management. * Incident management.
