We are closely linked to Barcelona, yet we project our Mediterranean character internationally — present in avenues, parks, streets, and squares around the world. We contribute to comprehensive urban design projects, creating urban landscapes through our business lines: **Urban Life** (urban elements), **Lighting** (public lighting), **Walking** (pavements), and **Building** (architectural concrete). The selected candidate will be responsible for performing tasks inherent to the finishing process, such as moving parts, flipping them, and executing any overhead crane movements required for the production process. The role will be carried out under the supervision of the Finishing Department Manager or Section Leader, or, as applicable, the Team Leader, and in accordance with established rules and procedures. The candidate will support finishing operators during the finishing process, following instructions from the Finishing Department Manager or Section Leader, or, as applicable, the Team Leader. **WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?** Among other duties, the following are highlighted: * Perform all movements of parts and associated elements related to the finishing process. * Assist in finishing tasks requiring intermediate-level knowledge of sulfate applicators and grinders, under the supervision of the Section Supervisor and following provided instructions and training. * Carry out work in a manner that achieves required quality standards for part finishing, under the supervision of the Team Leader or Production Manager. * Identify quality deficiencies in parts and promptly report any incidents to the supervisor. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental regulations, including proper use of PPE and maintaining order and cleanliness at the workstation. * Assist in other production-related tasks, as deemed necessary by supervisors for organizational reasons. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the assigned work area. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * An excellent opportunity for professional development within a company that is a leader in the construction sector and upholds strong ethical values. * A highly positive work environment, camaraderie, and teamwork. * Ongoing training provided by the company. * Compensation commensurate with experience, knowledge, and values contributed. * Pension plan. **Requirements** -------------- We are seeking a candidate who meets the following requirements: * Minimum of 2 years’ experience. * Additional qualifications, certifications, and licenses. Other non-regulated courses and training. Specialization: Overhead crane operation. * Competencies: Analytical thinking. Attention to detail. Commitment to order. Tolerance for routine. Teamwork.
