Through the **RAL Special Employment Center**, we seek to hire a person for the position of **Workshop Assistant** at an industrial company specializing in **boiler manufacturing and maintenance**. The selected candidate will provide support in workshop and warehouse tasks, collaborating with the technical team across various production processes and material control activities. Main Responsibilities: * Support in basic workshop tasks related to **welding, electrical work, and mechanical tasks**. * Performing tasks of **cutting, countersinking, and component preparation**. * Supporting assembly and maintenance of components. * Basic **warehouse management and material inventory**. * Receiving, organizing, and controlling workshop tools and materials. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace. * Collaborating with the team to ensure proper production execution. Position Conditions: * **Permanent contract.** * **Full-time schedule.** * **Morning and afternoon shifts.** * **Salary:** €1,424 gross per month (12 payments). * **Immediate start.** * On-site work. Requirements: * **Disability certificate of 33% or higher (mandatory).** * Prior experience in an **industrial workshop or production environment**. * Basic knowledge of **welding, electricity, cutting, and countersinking**. * Experience in **warehouse management and material inventory**. * Ability to work in a team and follow technical instructions. * Responsibility and proactive attitude. Preferred Qualifications: * **Bridge crane operator license.** * Prior experience in **metal or industrial sector companies**. * Familiarity with workshop tools and machinery.
