We are seeking security personnel for a hotel located in Santa Ponça, Mallorca. The selected candidate will join the establishment's security team. Responsibilities include monitoring entry and exit points, conducting regular security inspections, and ensuring the safety of both individuals and property at the hotel. The security guard is also expected to respond to emergency situations, assist guests, and manage installed security systems. It is important to detect and prevent criminal activities, as well as to cooperate with law enforcement agencies when necessary. We offer an indefinite intermittent full-time contract, working from Monday to Sunday with rotating days off. Shifts will be 12 hours long, from 20:00 to 08:00. The salary will be determined according to the private security collective agreement, with all salary components paid within the month, including overtime and the possibility of spreading extra payments throughout the year. Candidates must hold a valid professional license or Professional Identification Card (TIP), have flexible availability, and be able to start immediately. Dynamic individuals with a strong customer service orientation are preferred.
