Valeo offers an **internship program** to support travel organization with the following tasks: * Collaborate on booking trains, flights, rental cars, ferries, and hotels via Egencia. * Assist the Human Resources department with hotel reservations in Martos. * Support comparing travel options to ensure cost-effective and appropriate choices. * Provide backup (coverage) support to the travel coordinator during vacation periods. * Help update the daily travel calendar. * Support Valeo staff during their business trips. * Collaborate on preparing and reviewing Travel Authorization Requests (TAR) during the coordinator’s absences. * Manage last-minute travel incidents, such as missed flights or trains. * Assist in assigning taxis and managing fleet vehicle distribution. * Record taxi mileage for payment processing. * Help organize transportation solutions for staff. * Coordinate the reservation and preparation of meeting rooms in the Division building. * Reserve VIP dining rooms for client and staff meals. * Ensure proper preparation for client visits. * Update Excel files related to client gifts, HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) data, vehicle fleet records, and visits. * Assist in verifying taxi service invoices.
