We are seeking a person with experience in olive oil mills to manage and supervise the productive processes at the olive oil mill. Key responsibilities will include coordinating the entire production chain, from extraction to oil storage. The position involves direct management of work teams, assigning daily tasks and ensuring correct execution of each production phase. The candidate will also be responsible for conducting rigorous quality controls at all stages of the process and for ensuring compliance with current safety and hygiene regulations to guarantee a safe working environment.
