Proactively identify new business opportunities and support value creation. **Your Role** We are looking for a **Strategy Manager** to join the team, reporting directly to the Strategy \& Transformation Director. In this role, you will lead the definition of Affinity’s strategy and drive its execution, turning strategic ambition into concrete initiatives and measurable impact. **What you will do** * Lead and/or support strategic thinking across the organization, partnering with Corporate and Country Teams to deliver rigorous, structured analyses and actionable recommendations * Lead and/or coordinate cross\-functional strategic and transformation initiatives at a company\-wide level, from problem definition to execution follow\-up * Continuously monitor markets and competitors, translating intelligence into strategic insights and implications for the business * Own the Value Creation Plan of the company.
