Main duties include preparing and cooking food following the head chef's instructions, as well as controlling and managing inventory (receiving, inspecting, and proposing restocking). Duties also include butchering meat and fish to ensure maximum utilization, and maintaining order, cleanliness, and proper condition of machinery and utensils. Compliance with current hygiene and sanitation regulations is required. This is a temporary employment contract, estimated to last 90 days, full-time. Working hours are from Monday to Sunday on rotating shifts. The monthly salary is 1582 euros. This vacancy is for summer vacation coverage.
