




DESCRIPTION SAFA Foundation is seeking to hire an Administrative Support staff member to cover a temporary replacement position in the Employment Program (PEF) at our Écija center. The selected candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure the proper development and implementation of the Employment Program (PEF). **Job Details:** * **Position Title:** Administrative Support for the Employment Program (PEF) * **Organization:** SAFA Foundation * **Location:** Écija * **Contract Type:** Temporary Replacement * **Working Hours:** 9 hours per week (25% of full-time) * **Schedule and Remuneration:** As stipulated in the VII Collective Agreement for Concerted Education. * **Required Experience:** Minimum 1 year in administrative roles. **Main Responsibilities:** The person joining the team will perform the following tasks: * **Support in the administrative processing of the project:** Assistance in all administrative procedures related to the management of the Employment Program (PEF). * **Management and archiving of technical and administrative documentation:** Organization, classification, and safekeeping of all documentation linked to the training plan, ensuring its accessibility and proper maintenance. * **Collaboration in the administrative and accounting justification of the grant:** Active participation in preparing and gathering the information required to justify the received grant, both administratively and accounting-wise. * **Support in the administrative monitoring of the project:** Contribution to monitoring and controlling the project’s administrative activities throughout its execution, identifying potential issues and proposing solutions. **Required Profile:** We seek a proactive, organized professional with strong attention to detail, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team. Capacity for learning and adapting to new work environments will be valued. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Solid knowledge of office software (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook). * Skill in document management and archiving. * Ability to organize and plan tasks. * Strong communication skills. * Proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
