




**Description** We are currently looking for an HR Manager. Your responsibilities would include: \- Managing all aspects related to operating a Special Employment Center (CEE) (documentation for bonuses or subsidies, social security). \- Coordinating staffing needs with supervisors and department heads. \- Publishing and updating work schedules. \- Conducting interviews and managing the entire recruitment process. \- Handling labor-related matters in coordination with the payroll and tax advisory firm: \- Employee onboarding and contract management. \- Payroll review. \- Interpretation of collective bargaining agreements and application of allowances. \- Monitoring fixed-term discontinuous contracts. \- Managing vacation time, sick leave/occupational injury leave, and internal labor mobility. \- Distribution and control of personal protective equipment (PPE). \- Supporting employees during shift changes, breaks, and operational queries. \- Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) profile with multifunctional responsibilities towards HR. \- Developing prevention plans. \- Office-based work. \- Reporting to the Operations and Administration Manager. **Minimum Requirements** \- Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related field. \- Solid knowledge of labor management and experience liaising with payroll and tax advisory firms. \- Experience working in environments with high temporary/seasonal staffing needs. \- Adaptable, versatile profile capable of working under pressure. \- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with employees and management. \- Minimum disability level of 33%. **Offer** \- Stable project within a solid company. \- Full-time working hours. \- Salary according to collective agreement.
