Maintenance of hygiene and food safety We are seeking a cook for daily meal preparation in accordance with established nutritional guidelines. Duties include preparing meals while ensuring strict compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. Responsibilities also include managing and monitoring food inventory, placing necessary orders, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and adjacent areas. Collaboration with the team is required to adapt menus to specific diets or allergies, as well as proper receipt and storage of products. A permanent part-time employment contract is offered, with morning working hours totaling 25 hours per week (from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.), Monday through Friday. The monthly salary will be €950. The position is primarily based in Montilla, though travel to senior residences in Baena and Lucena is anticipated. Having a personal vehicle for travel is considered an advantage.
