DESCRIPTION **DINING ROOM** of an **ASSOCIATION** specialized in the care and integration of people with disabilities requires a **COOK** in **BOIRO.** **OFFERED:** * Permanent position. * Rotating shifts: * Shift 1: 7:30–16:00 (1 h for lunch), Mon–Fri * Shift 2: 9:30–14:30, Mon–Fri * Shift 3: 14:20–22:00 (1 h for lunch) * Holidays and weekends: 9:00–18:00 (1 h for lunch). * Salary: €1,700 gross/month (12 payments per year). **FUNCTIONS:** * Preparation of meals, menu planning, etc. * Placing orders and maintaining records. * Monitoring according to reference parameters (expiration dates, refrigeration chamber temperatures, pH and chlorine levels). * Supervision of kitchen staff. Cleaning of kitchen, office, and warehouse. * REQUIREMENTS * Minimum **1 YEAR** of experience as a Cook. * Vocational training in Hospitality and Tourism is desirable. * Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training and Food Handler’s certificate are desirable. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Residence in the Barbanza area and/or willingness to relocate if necessary.
