




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced cook to prepare, garnish, and plate dishes; cook and set up buffet stations; and manage costs and inventory. Key Highlights: 1. The selected candidate will report to the head chef and be responsible for preparing, garnishing, and plating dishes using appropriate techniques. They will also be required to cook, set up, and dismantle buffet stations; inspect kitchen equipment; plan menus; and manage costs and inventory. Specific culinary training (technical or higher vocational qualification) is required, along with at least two years of documented professional experience in this role. Creativity, teamwork skills, and residency in Cangas de Onís or the eastern region of Asturias are valued. Employment conditions include an indefinite-term contract, full-time working hours, and salary according to the applicable collective agreement.
