Job Summary: We are seeking a night concierge for Hostal Lami to welcome guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, handle inquiries, and perform administrative tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Ability to respond to unforeseen events We are looking for a person to join Hostal Lami (Esplugues de Llobregat) as a night concierge on a 11 PM–7 AM shift with rotating days off (minimum one weekend per month). If you enjoy interacting with the public and are motivated to work in a dynamic environment, this could be your opportunity. On a daily basis, you will be the hotel’s first point of contact during the night shift (11 PM–7 AM). You will welcome arriving guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and address any inquiries either in person or by phone. You will also provide information about available services and basic destination recommendations. Internally, you will be responsible for room assignments, billing of services (rooms, breakfasts, and other extras), cash register control, and administrative tasks typical of front desk operations to complete the daily closing. * UPPER SECONDARY VOCATIONAL QUALIFICATION TITLE * Catalan (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Spanish (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * English (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: .
