We are looking for a Maintenance Manager with experience in handling electromechanical equipment and personnel management. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that facilities operate correctly, safely, and efficiently. Main responsibilities include planning and coordinating all necessary maintenance tasks for equipment and facilities. You will also supervise the internal maintenance team as well as any external companies hired to perform specific work. Additionally, you will be responsible for keeping technical documentation up to date and ensuring compliance with all quality and safety regulations. Another key responsibility is coordinating with the Production department to schedule shutdowns required for maintenance without affecting production. The candidate is expected to contribute to implementing technical and safety improvements. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Higher Technician in Mechanical Equipment Maintenance / Industrial Engineering Minimum of 5 years' experience as a maintenance supervisor in industrial settings. Experience in team and project management. Willingness to work in Écija (Seville)
