Position Summary:
Nurse for a residential care facility, conducting assessments, administering medications, providing palliative care, and supporting residents and their families.

3. Providing moral and psychological support to residents and attending to family members.
Nursing staff are required for a residential care facility in Aguilar de la Frontera (Córdoba). Duties include conducting nursing assessments upon resident admission and performing scheduled periodic evaluations, preparing and administering medications according to medical prescriptions, and delivering palliative care such as administering morphine and other medications.
The nurse must also validate, together with the interdisciplinary team, the care plan, wound care, nutrition, and pharmacological treatment; record prescribed interventions and their progression in the resident's medical record; provide moral and psychological support to residents; and address family members' inquiries. Additional responsibilities include supervising auxiliary staff’s care delivery per team instructions, and performing INR tests, coagulation monitoring, laboratory analyses, and dosage adjustments as prescribed by the physician.
A temporary employment contract is offered, with an estimated duration of 180 days, full-time rotating shifts—morning (07:30\-14:30\) and afternoon (14:30\-21:30\)—and a monthly salary of 1\.834 euros.
